As I was painting this piece, the words 'make me a vessel' kept coming to me. As I continued to paint it, God was reminding and revealing to me, that I can be a vessel for his beauty and truth. As I was painting the blue stripes on the vase (vessel) the paint bled out and my first thought, was to start over but I felt the Lord reassure me that mistakes are ok, imperfections do not hinder the vessel being used, they do not stop the flowers from blooming.
