My Story

Hi, I’m Aimee — and I’m so honored you’re here, taking a moment to explore my art. My hope is that my work brings a smile to your face and adds a bit of beauty to your day.

I paint in both traditional and digital watercolor from my sunny home studio in Sarasota, Florida, surrounded by ocean breezes, blooming flowers, and my two sweet (and energetic) little boys. They remind me daily to slow down, stay curious, and find joy in the small, marvelous moments of everyday life.

My creative journey began when I was a little girl — drawing tiny outfits, cutting them out of paper, and making art every chance I got. That early love for imagination and design led me to art college, which then took me to earning a degree in fashion design, and eventually into teaching. Sharing creativity with others has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

 

At the heart of all I do is my Christian faith. It is the steady anchor behind my creativity, shaping how I see the world and inspiring both my thoughts and the work of my hands.
